All pole kits come with full fiberglass pole set and carry bag.
NOTE :: Our flag pole kits fit our mounts (ground stakes, tent leg mount, cross base). While they may work with mounts bought elsewhere, we cannot guarantee that our poles will fit other manufacturers' mounts, or our mounts will work with other manufacturers' pole kits.

- Lifetime Warranty on Frames and Hardware: We’ve got you covered for the life of your product. If any parts fail, we’ll replace them—no questions asked. You just cover the shipping.
- One-Time Reprint of Printed Goods: If your graphics fade or get damaged, we’ll provide a one-time reprint to keep your visuals looking sharp.
- One-Time Repair/Replacement of Accessories: Damaged rolling bags or other accessories? We’ll repair or replace them once, so you’re back in business quickly.
How to make a claim:
- Don’t throw anything away! We need to see the damage to help you.
- Snap photos of the damaged products and submit them with your claim.
- Your NICA Representative will review your claim and determine if repair or replacement is needed.
Shipping costs:
All shipping fees for warranty items must be paid before shipment. We’ll handle the rest to get your products back to you as good as new.
